Quellogiusto.it is the online showcase for shoes and accessories that selects the best brands in fashion, with an assortment of over 770 brands among the most impotant Italian and international labels for men, women, and children.
Its headquarters and 11 points of sale are located in the Veneto.

The catalog counts over 700,000 configurable, simple and virtual products.

The Project

Our client needed to implement its own e-commerce site on a platform that was capable of managing a catalog of over 700,000 products.



Beginning with a product catalog of 20,000 items, we migrated the old platform to Magento 1.9; as a result of this move, the client was able to increase the items listed to 700,000 products.

Marketplace integration

We installed and configured a Magento marketplace plugin to sell on Amazon and eBay.
This plugin allows publishing products, the listing configuration and order management, and inventory directly from Magento.
Thanks to Magento, the marketplace and the ERP are perfectly synchronized.

Magento migration

We managed the migration through a parallel adoption system. We implemented a single management interface with shared information across all parts of the company, beginning with the warehouse, and we managed URL migration with scripts that automatically issued 301 redirects.

Transactional Emails

The system automatically sends reminders and personalized content (eg. whishlist reminder, abandoned shopping chart, pending payments) to maintain contact with customers and increase conversions.

Performance Optimization

The setup was optimized for excellent performance, integrating Varnish and Redis.

Store locator

Activation of a store locator that allows searching of the nearest store via a geolocation system and provides information on the various sales points located throughout the area.
Thanks to the interactive map, users are able to have more information about the location of the shop.

Responsive design

The store uses UX and layout for optimal viewing and flawless usability on all devices.

PIM, ERP, WMS Integration

The site synchronizes with the company's information systems: PIM for customer data management, ERP for order management, and WMS for warehouse management.

An inventory always connected

The site continuously updates the warehouse inventory between Magento and the company's WMS.

The migration and optimization of the Magento platform made it possible to manage a catalog of 700,000 configurable, simple and virtual products.
