The ENEA, Italian institute for energy, environment and new technologies, is a public institute operating in the field of energy, environment and new technologies research for competitive and sustainable development policies in Italy. ENEA deals with scientific research and technological development involving a wide range of human resources employed in advanced instrumental facilities and premises located in several research centres in Italy.
